Once an order has been dispatched we can no longer be held liable for any loss or damage to the order which may occur in the postal or delivery system. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will happily offer you a credit note or replacement. To complete this we will need to receive the returned order within 14 days of you receiving the original package. Please contact our customer services team to begin this process. In the unlikely event that you should need to return these items to us, it falls to your responsibility that these items return without loss or damage and that the costs of return are covered by you.
Please note that we, unfortunately, cannot offer returns and/or refunds in the unlikely case that you do not like the item you have purchased. As soon as we have received the returned items, and once they have been checked by our staff, we will consider the replacement/credit note issuing. It is at our discretion as to whether the items are deemed damaged or lacking in quality. Please remember that we are working with artisans who may be sole traders and are experts in their fields.
These are not mass-produced items and cannot be expected to be uniform in the same way mass-manufactured products are. Please note that any customised orders or jewellery orders cannot be returned as these specific items are unable to be resold.
